Ingredients
          300 g cottage cheese
          1 1/2 - 2 cups flour
          egg 1
          500 g fruits
          50 g butter or margarine
          sugar lumps
          powdered sugar for sprinkling
          vanilla, cinnamon, salt
          30-40 g breadcrumbs

          Method
              The cottage cheese is mixed with a pinch of salt and the egg. Gradually add the flour and kneaded dough. A tablespoon take pieces of it, formed on the hand of balls and then on buns (maybe on top). Place a piece of fruit and a sugar cube and re-shape the balls. Is placed in boiling salted water. Boil in open court. Put them in portions, making sure to have a space to come to the surface, which means they are ready.   The butter melts and add breadcrumbs. Fry 1-2 minutes. Boiled dumplings are removed with a slotted spoon and rolled in breadcrumbs, or smeared with butter. Upon presentation sprinkled with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla or cinnamon.     * Be used different fruits - plums, apricots, apples and others.   * for diabetics - instead of sugar cubes can pipetting 2-3 drops of sweetener on the fetus. Finished dumplings are coated with butter and sprinkle with presentation cinnamon.   Another option - stifle the fruit, put it sweetener to taste and puree garnished dumplings.
