Wreath of roses

Ingredients
400 g flour
130 g butter
110 ml milk
25 g yeast
10-12 tbsp sugar (for caramel)
6 tbsp sugar (for the butter)
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
pinch of salt
vanilla, lemon and orange peel

Method
Sugar for the caramel is caramelized. Finished caramel spread on the bottom and sides of a deep form with a diameter of about 18-20 cm. Yeast and 3 tbsp sugar were dissolved in the milk. Add the eggs, salt, spices and flour. Involved smooth and elastic dough. The dough is covered with a cloth and leave to double its volume. Roll out a rectangle 1 cm thick. The soft butter is mixed with sugar and is applied to the dough. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and rolled. The roll was cut into 6-7 pieces. The rolls are arranged in the form, cover and leave for 1 hour to double its volume. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes.
