Pancake layered cake with fish

Ingredients
8 pancakes
250-300 on salmon or other fish canned, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion
pepper
120 g cream cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
100 g bacon

Method
The pancakes are cut (eg using a large cover of margarine), giving them the same size round. Fish, mayonnaise, onion and pepper Strain. Cream of the feta cheese, mayonnaise and bacon made second cream, as also passaged. Pancakes stick alternating two cream. Decorate with a stick stuck with olive or slice of pickle. Before serving the cake is better to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator, covered.

Beautiful is just that there mayonnaise harassing me I can not afford is the menu but I guess that can be replaced with cream cheese, but will then lose the true taste of the cake unfortunately. However compliments like me.

And I like the recipe in favorite is waiting .. pepeleon, if you replace the mayonnaise with sour cream, do not you fit the menu? I think so to do. In an extreme case, with yoghurt?

liberty to replace some of the products. Cream cheese with cheese, salmon with tuna and bacon with smoked ham. But I am convinced that sasshto Brides Cake is so delicious. Compliments! Became something great! My wife and neighbors were pleasantly surprised by the delicious combination.
