Pita Christmas tree

Ingredients
530 g flour
16 g milk powder
60 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
7 g dry yeast
1 egg
50 g butter
220 ml orange juice
rind of 1 orange
butter for greasing the pan
# greasing the pita:
1 yolk
30 ml milk
# For garnish:
candied cherries or other fruit such as pomegranate seeds, blueberries, currants or other

Method
Place the sifted flour bowl, add powdered sugar, milk powder, dry yeast, grated orange peel, eggs, melted butter, orange juice, salt. Knead for 20-30 minutes, until you get an elastic dough that is not sticky hands. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and place for 1 hour in a warm place to rise. Once the dough rise weighed it, place it on a floured surface and divide it into 16 equal balls, the size of which will depend on how the weight of the dough. Apply appropriate triangular butter and arrange the balls. Put one at the bottom - for trunk (stump). Then place five balls and every other row with 1 ball less. Cover the tray with oil fsunflower and a warm place to rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg yolk, beaten with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes.

I'm glad you like the idea and you. For quite some time travel shops and look for some appropriate form, because this is my problem. I wonder what can be adapted to any elongated baking pan, but not at home *skillful hands*!So if you think of something, please share. I decided in the end to get the recipe for the holiday approaching and someone might surprise household with interesting bread.

At school we made bread in the shape of clover. Then we used film. Several sheets of foil folded and twisted into the desired shape. The inside is coated with oil. The resulting dough filled in the form, and arranged outside of a few cups of custard. I think this will happen. Bravo for the wonderful bread.
