Pita with herbs

Ingredients
500 g flour
20 g fresh yeast
2 cup hot water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
parsley
dill
5-6 cloves garlic
colored salt may savory

Method
Involved soft dough in a standard way, we remain it to rise for about 20 minutes, then spread on crust smeared with plenty of sunflower oil and green spices may be others, like leeks, basil or another. Rolled up and put in the pan, cut the dough into pieces, but not until the end of the inside and shape the leaves, it is one is inside, two outside. We leave it to rise slightly and bake until ready.
