Ingredients
4 fish fillets
1 tbsp butter
1 bunch spring onions
2 carrots
1 small piece of celery
1 zucchini
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 g cheese
pepper and salt
Method
Spread with butter 4 equal pieces foil. Carrots, celery and zucchini cut into pieces and distributed over fthe oil. Put the fillets on top and sprinkle with salt, pepper, lemon juice. They shall bear one thin piece of cheese. Bends well and bake in a preheated 200C oven for 25 minutes.
