Fricassee of Janet

Ingredients
800 g chicken breasts
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp yogurt
4-5 tbsp flour
30 g butter
1 cube chicken broth
pepper
salt

Method
Chicken breasts cut , salted and cooked. In a greased pan Bake flour. Once cool, add salt, put it pepper and crushed chicken broth in it. To tepid flour is added cold broth of boiled meat, stirring constantly to avoid lumps receive. Then there are added disordered eggs yogurt. Pour in the meat in the pan, stirring. Put it on the stove to boil.

bravo :) I know this recipe and I've always done it that way. Even today, it will cook for dinner. And I'll put pictures :)

My fricassee was very tasty. From my side I added 2-3 cloves garlic, separate little garlic powder and mushrooms, so the color of the sauce is my darker. Became incredibly delicious, but I put this time and fresh milk in the sauce, plus parsley and seasoning for chicken.

Bravo Rossi option's very successful :)
