Ingredients
400 g yogurt
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil
3 cups flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cocoa
2 cup cherries (pitted)
breadcrumbs

Method
By hand stir the yogurt, baking soda, sugar, the oil, flour and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a greased tray. Cherries sprinkled with breadcrumbs and arrange on the mixture. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40 minutes. Check with a wooden stick ready. baked cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or syrup with cherry juice. I used frozen cherries and syrup with the juice, which is released during thawing.

I love this cake with sour cream or ice cream, mmm! Instead use breadcrumbs ground biscuits, and I think it goes almonds or almond essence.
And maybe chocolate sauce!
