Ingredients
5-6 apples
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cup flour
1 baking powder
powdered sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil

Method
Beat eggs with sugar, add a trickle the oil, then the flour sifted with baking powder. To the resulting paste add peeled and grated apples, cinnamon, walnuts and mix well. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Bake in a moderately hot oven until ready. The finished cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
