Pastry yeast

Ingredients
40 g fresh yeast
50-60 g of sugar + 1 tbsp of yeast
50-60 ml sunflower oil
500 ml warm milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
flour - enough to make
stuffing of your choice - feta cheese, skinless sausage, jam, chocolate
sesame, poppy or sugar for sprinkling optional

Method
Yeast sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar, add some of the milk and a little flour (to make a slurry ) and let it rise. In a large bowl pour flour, which gives well and broken eggs, (allowing a yolk spreads), warm milk and sugar, the oil and salt. Finally added and rise yeast. Add flour and kneaded soft dough, which is left to warm to double its volume. Pluck balls of dough are rolled round crust thickness of 2-3 mm and cut into triangles (like pizza). On each piece put the stuffing of your choice. Triangles are wound from the general to the narrow side of the buns, arranged in a buttered pan, cover with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame, poppy or sugar (if sweet filling). Bake in preheated oven at 180C until golden. * It does not really matter how exactly will the oil and sugar, I usually put them on even eye is more important to knead soft dough.

How big are the coffee cups?

small coffee cups, as I do not know how much weight to keep :)

And it's not important how much you have oil and sugar, I usually even put them in the eye, it is more important to the dough mekichko ... Then the result is a great

small ... of 50-60 ml? It is better to have at least approximate quantities :)
