Stuffed vegetables

Ingredients
2 zucchini
2 eggplants
6-7 hard tomatoes
7-8 peppers filling
1 kg potatoes
500 g minced meat
1 cup rice
3 onions
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
parsley
celery
mint
flour for sprinkling
7-8 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika

Method
Courgettes are scraped, cut in two, carve out inside their salted and left about 30 minutes to stay. Eggplants were prepared in the same manner as marrows, after allowing to stand is squeezed juice bitter and added to the drained zucchini. Their home is cut the top to become like cap and also carve. Peppers are cleared. Minced meat is mixed with 1 cup water to become mushy. In a pan fry the chopped onion and garlic, add the minced meat and stew until it gets to the grains. Insides of courgettes, eggplants and tomatoes are ground or finely and add to the minced meat. Once everything is fried rice and add all spices. The resulting mixture is filled in advance Savory vegetables, sprinkle with flour on top, to not go stuffing in baking and arrange in a buttered tray between them put coarsely chopped potatoes. Make up with water to half of the tray and bake until ready.

It is a temptation. Super is!

I had not paid attention to this recipe before. Fill thus different vegetables, but I have not done such a combination, and add potatoes. I'm quite happy and will try.

I often make this dish and we like suchetanieto different zelenchutsi- put tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and zucchini, and potatoes around. Spray some oil and only 1 cup of water. Do and dressing of yogurt and egg, and put a spoonful of topping on each vegetable little before removing from the oven. It is very tasty.
