Ingredients
300 g minced meat
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 onion
1 pressed garlic clove
salt
butter
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
1 tsp white pepper
1/3 cup milk

Method
Chop the onion finely and sauté the butter, add the chopped pepper and tomato, red pepper and garlic. Add the minced meat, salt and white pepper. Stew until the fat remains.
