Carp baked with orange juice and cream

Ingredients
500 g carp or other zander
salt
seasoning for fish (lovage)
mustard
juice of 1 orange
100 ml cream for cooking

Method
The skin of the fish removed. The fish is washed, dried, cut into portions, seasoned with salt and spice / lovage /. In a suitable vessel are well mixed orange juice and mustard. Fish pieces are rolled in the mixture and left in it. Court covered with foil or plastic bag and kept in the refrigerator for 1 hour. fish pieces are arranged in a baking dish, add a little water / 2-3 tbsp /, pour the rest of the juice and cream and bake until browned in a preheated 200 degrees oven for half an hour. If necessary, the temperature was reduced to moderate - 180C.

probably is very, very tasty! :)

perunika, generally lemon is used in the preparation of fish, but at the time I did not and decided to try it with orange, had by those with a sour taste. It was a successful experience :)
