Pumpkin with dried fruit and oatmeal

Ingredients
400 g ready peel
3/4 cup sunflower oil
# For the filling:
800 g pumpkin
2-3 tbsp fine oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried fruits - raisins, figs, dates, prunes etc.
3/4 - 1 cup sugar or sweetener corresponding amount
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Pumpkin Grate in large pieces grater. Fruits are cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients, without the oil. Sprinkle crust with a sunflower oil, put on her second crust, sprinkle with sunflower oil and spread the filling. Wound on a roll and place in greased pan. Once you line up all the rolls are coated top with sunflower oil. Pumpkin bake at 190-200 C until browned. Optional in serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I used the last piece of pumpkin and sweetener.

The last pumpkin this year was the most sweet. Ate her off steam and the last part I made this pie in a slightly different version - pumpkin puree spread on a greased pastry, sprinkle top with other products. Rolled coils are covered with half a cup of milk and 1 egg broken. Top rank pieces of butter and bake. Become incredibly soft and delicious pie. Because the pumpkin was very sweet, I did not put an ounce of sugar :)

I love pumpkin pie! Great looks, Ina! I liked the options with the boiled pumpkin - pumpkin looks so fluffy and juicy :)
