Puree cauliflower and roasted peppers with basil

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower (about 700 g)
2 roasted red peppers
2-3 cloves garlic
oil
salt
2 pinches of dried basil
2 pinches of white pepper

Method
Break the cauliflower into florets put to boil in a saucepan with water (enough to cover it) and a little salt for about 20 minutes. Subtract, dripping in a blender and blend together with the peeled peppers, garlic and olive oil to a smooth puree. Puree season with salt, white pepper and basil. * Optional can add the lemon juice.
