Dyulevka - quince liqueur

Ingredients
3-4 large quinces
4 cup sugar
4 cup less brandy
2 cinnamon sticks (you can without it)
1 jar 3 l

Method
Wash quince, clean them from the seminal part and cut them into larger cubes to put in the jar. Add the sugar and the cinnamon sticks and pour brandy. Seal the jar and store in a cool dark place for 20 days as the first few days it good shake to dissolve the sugar. After the 20th day dyulevkata strain and pour it in the appropriate glass bottles. Initially dyulevkata will be a light color, but over time (2-3 months) began to darken and receive a nice cognac color. * I was holding the workpiece 40 days and then I pretsedih. It was great nice and fragrant liqueur.

Cisse not know I did it last year for the first time this year I'll do it, but I know rakiya..ne vodka Is not very strong, generally liqueurs are made with low alcohol ..

In the original recipe says it is made with brandy.
