Marinated chicken steak

Ingredients
1 kg chicken steak
50 g mustard
70 ml soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper

Method
Chops rank in the tray. Add mustard, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours to absorb the marinade. Then bake BBQ or barbeque. They become very fragile. The more you stay with the marinade, the more aromatic and become brittle.

Nice marinade! :) I would add a few tablespoons of oil, which will further soften the meat.

Thus prepared with chicken breast also becomes very tasty. Added Mr. favorites and accompanied by a photo.
