Potato balls with mayonnaise sauce

Ingredients
500-600 g potatoes
1 onion (white part of the leek 1)
about 80 g fresh sausage
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Tharos (tarragon)
pinch of nutmeg
# For the sauce:
100-125 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp mustard
1-2 cloves garlic
# or:
can be used ready garlic mayonnaise sauce

Method
The sauce is prepared by mixing pressed cloves garlic with other ingredients. Well washed potatoes (and other times I have written - use small kartofcheta) Boil steam in a pressure cooker. Peel hot and poizstinat planed in large pieces grater. In the oil briefly fry the chopped onion and sausage, and then add the potatoes. Salt and taste with desired seasonings. Fry 3-4 minutes as everything is mixed and seasoned well. From poizstinalata mixture form balls that rank in the serving dish and pour the sauce.
