Ingredients
210 g flour
80 g of finely ground almonds
2 tsp baking powder
100 g butter
150 g sugar
100 g yogurt
1/3 tsp almond essence
50 ml liqueur Amaretto (Amaretto)

Method
The oven is heated to 175 C. The flour is mixed with almonds and baking powder. The butter mix with sugar until white. Add eggs, liqueur, vanilla and almond flavoring. Stir the mixture well and add flour. The dough is gently mixed and poured yogurt. Stir until uniform consistency. Forms muffin pan and is filled to 2/3. Bake 25 minutes or until ready.
