300 g almonds
1-2 tbsp butter
juice of 1 orange
100 ml cream cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) or blackcurrant syrup
2 bunches currant
Bake almonds in a frying pan until they are golden brown. Then remove it. Cut the pears into quarters, remove the middle (seeds). Mix pears in orange juice. Melt the butter and add the pears to it, before it drained better than juice. Fry pears until they become soft, but still retain their shape. Pour orange juice and cream cassis (blackcurrant syrup) on pears and stir a few seconds. Place pears in four bowls and sprinkle with roasted almonds. Serve the pears with blackcurrant and orange pieces.
