Ingredients
1 cup apples
1 cup walnuts
1 cup water
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3 cups flour
1 packet of hot chocolate (1-2 cups)
Method
Cinnamon apples are grated and squeezed juice. The walnuts cut into chunks. All products are mixed and put in a baking dish greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
