Arab pita with fried eggs and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 Arabic pita
50 g mushrooms
fat
1 egg
salt
white pepper
leaf lettuce
tomato slices
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp milk
1- 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
salt
pepper
Method
Mushrooms cut into slices and fry in a Teflon pan without oil. Mushrooms are removed in the same pan few drops of oil and fry the beaten egg with salt and pepper. On the pita put salad leaves, put the eggs and mushrooms, chopped tomatoes on top and pour the milk sauce.
