Asparagus with cheese

Ingredients
500 g thin asparagus
20 g butter
200 g feta cheese
paprika
mayonnaise optional
Method
Boil peeled and washed asparagus in salted water. Once cooked drain and arrange in an oblong dish. The butter is preparzhva add red pepper and pour the asparagus. On them Grate the feta cheese. Can pour mayonnaise (feta cheese then do not put). Serve warm.

This can be done with broccoli or cauliflower. A little hard to find asparagus in our village. But the dish as garniturka to mainly cool.
