Baby potatoes with bacon

Ingredients
6 baby potatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
150 g bacon brittle
75 g butter
fresh mint, salt
100 g of cheese or feta cheese Parmesan
Method
Peel the potatoes and cook them 2 tbsp sunflower oil in salted water for about 20 minutes - until almost. Drain them and let them cool. Cut into thin long slices of bacon and wrap a slice around each potato. Arrange them in a buttered pan, put a fresh mint leaf and a piece of butter on each potato and bake in preheated oven. Immediately before removing them, grate cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
