Bagels with yogurt

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
3 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
42 g yeast
100 ml water to dissolve the yeast
flour as necessary
# For the filling:
feta cheese
1 egg

Method
Messi dough and leave to rise. Rolled on medium thick crust. Cut into triangles, put a mixture of feta cheese and egg. Wound in the shape of a horn. Place in a greased baking tray and leave to rise, optional can be smeared with egg yolk and bake in a hot oven.
