Ingredients
300 ml whipped cream
200 g white chocolate
2 eggs
2 yolks
1 vanilla
5 tbsp Baileys
Method
Lopsided put cream in the fridge. Grated chocolate in large pieces grater and melting water bath. Parallel to another water bath Beat eggs, egg yolks and vanilla until they become fluffy foam. Remove from heat and put in a large bowl with cold water and keep stirring until cool. Add melted chocolate, liqueur and whipped cream and gently stir. Put in suitable containers and leave at least 3 hours in the refrigerator to set.
