Ingredients
500 g of apples
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
lemon peel
Method
Apples are cleaned and cut into pieces, place in a baking dish, top pieces are arranged butter, sprinkle with sugar and add a piece of lemon peel. Tray is placed in the upper part of the moderately hot oven and bake for about half an hour. Occasionally apples turn. Can be served hot or cold.
