1 kg apples
3-4 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Apples are cleaned from the seeds and cut into quarters. Place in griler (grill pan with a lid) or saucepan, pour them on the honey is good to liquid or semi-liquid. Sprinkle cinnamon.
