Baklava

Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
4 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
250 g butter
# For the syrup:
1 lemon
1 kg of sugar
800 ml water

Method
Melting the butter on the stove or in the microwave. Arrange three peel package on one another, as between them greased with a little butter. After the third rasim crust with walnuts, followed three sheets and finished with a generous handful of walnuts. Turn a tight roll and cut into equal length snails (about 3-4 cm). Arrange the pieces lying next to each other at the bottom of a round (not greased) pan. Similarly prepare the rest of the sheet. With the rest of the melted butter pour ohlyuvchetata, as the aim is to spread well between the sheet. Leave for 20-30 minutes to absorb the butter, then bake until browned in a very strong oven. We make syrup from sugar, water and grated (in large pieces) peel of 1 lemon. After boil detect 5 minutes and add 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, leave the fire for another 1-2 minutes. With a slotted spoon or strainer is removed zest, leaving her poizsahne (Use it sprinkled already finished baklava). With the hot syrup, pour cold baklava. Leave to stand for 24 hours and then we can enjoy a tempting dessert.

Villas, thank you! As I wrote below generally do not like baklava, for me it is the group of obtrusive sweet desserts. And this recipe I found last year in the net and then there I am going to try, has finally come and order. :) Many appeal to all who tried it and I eat :) :) :)
