Baklava Rossi

Ingredients
1 and 1/3 package ready filo pastry sheets
5 eggs
9 cups sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
400 g walnuts
Method
Combine 3 cups sugar, eggs and milk and soda in a homogeneous mixture. In a greased tray lining 4 sheet, then from the sugar mixture and sprinkle finely chopped walnuts, then peel and 3 again so. Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes. Then remove and cut into squares and put to doizpeche. When the baklava is ready pour pre-made and cooled syrup 6 cups and 8 cups sugar water.
