Banitsa with mayonnaise - III type

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
200 g mayonnaise
200 g feta cheese
1 cup water
100 ml sunflower oil
Method
Each crust put a little feta cheese and a little sunflower oil, folded on harmonica and put in greased pan. Lining from the outside towards the center until the peels do. Pour with mayonnaise, whipped with water. Bake until browned in a moderate oven.

This pie is delicious. But I put two eggs / no longer / in the very breaking mayonnaise. However, a matter of taste.

Ico, next time you do, you can add 1-2 chopped sausages. :) And I like Desi put eggs even-4 :). And when I put cheese and :), but generally a tasty pie :)

ICE, the pie is great and without eggs and sausages, provided it is made with love.
