Banitsa with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
250 g fat
# For the filling:
1 kg mushrooms
2 onions
2 eggs
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Mushrooms cut into julienne and stew in part of the oil and a little salt until soft. Added separately stewed onion, eggs and spices. In a greased baking tray lined sheet, each sprinkles fat and filling. Bake.
