Ingredients
1 cube mushroom broth
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
200 ml white wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
curry
Method
Fry flour in the butter, add wine, mushroom broth, soy sauce and stir to thicken. Season with curry. Serve baked in sauce-boat of BBQ dishes.
