Beans with rice and olives

Ingredients
1/2 cup beans
1/2 cup rice
1 small onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp sunflower oil
10 olives pitted
salt
parsley
1 tbsp roots soup
pepper
Method
Soaked the evening beans Boil on low heat, add root soup and chopped onion. After about 30 minutes, put the tomato paste. Fry rice with the oil to semi-transparency and add to beans. Add chopped olives into quarters. Dish add salt and sprinkle with pepper, pour into a baking dish and bake in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once removed sprinkle with chopped parsley.

I make this dish when I left a little cooked beans and not enough for all. Put fried rice and olives and bake. Here's a new dish.
