Ingredients
600 g veal
500 ml dark beer
20 g butter
5-6 potatoes
2 onions
1 and 1/2 dry broth cubes
1 bay leaf
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
The meat is cut across the muscle fibers and fry in butter and sunflower oil. Add coarsely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper and stew on a slow fire. Finished meat pour beer.
