Ingredients
800 g (6) beef roulade
200 g carrots
200 g green beans
2 peppers
onions
red wine
beef broth

Method
Roulade seasoned with salt and pepper, in the middle put a little of all vegetables that are pre-scalded in boiling salted water. Meat screw and attach with toothpicks or string and fry lightly on all sides in a highly heated sunflower oil. Then from any other vegetables in a baking dish made sofa, make a little red wine and beef broth. Bake in a low oven for about 15 minutes.
