Beef steak with onions

Ingredients
4 steak 150-200 g of ham or striploin
4 tbsp oil for frying
8 onions
8 potatoes
pepper
salt
4 tbsp broth
Method
Chops are Crushed on both sides with wooden hammer, put salt and pepper scatter. Fry in some of the fat. Remove to a warmed court in which Sipan broth. Onions cut into thin slices and fry in the fat from steaks, mixed with the separated fat. Remove with latticed spoon. And fried potatoes, add salt and scatter a pinch of pepper. Steaks are served topped with onions and potatoes.
