Beefsteak in Greek

Ingredients
750 g beef fillet
pepper
flour
smoked brisket
boiled brains
butter
tomatoes
salt
Method
From round the fillet steaks 2 cm thick, sprinkle with pepper and salt PANIC in flour and fry until brown. Every steak is placed on a slice of smoked breast and brain fried in hot butter. Tomatoes blanched, cut is finely and fry in hot butter, then pour every steak with this sauce. Optional is served with boiled rice.
