Big sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of hand / homemade bread
2 eggs
2 circles sausage Hamburski (Sands, Beef or similar)
400 ml Bechamel sauce (maybe another white sauce)
salt, pepper, paprika
parsley
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Slices roast on both sides of the toaster or barbecue grill, place in serving dishes. Sosa is allocated to them. Fry the sausage in a hot sunflower oil, also on both sides. Put it in one piece on each slice with sauce. In the same oil fry the eggs poached, placed on the sausage. Sandwiches sprinkled with spices and chopped parsley. Serve warm. * The products are for 2 servings.
