Blueberry pie

Ingredients
400 g blueberries (compost)
pinch of cinnamon
50 ml brandy
juice of one lemon
4 eggs
100 g flour
150 g sugar
250 ml milk
250 ml cream
salt
butter spreads
Method
Blueberries mixed with 2 tbsp sugar, cinnamon, brandy and lemon juice. The mixture thus obtained was allowed to stand for 10 minutes. Eggs broken with remaining sugar, add sifted flour, a pinch of salt, milk and cream and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish with butter as the top distributed well drained blueberries. Juice remains. Pie bake 50 minutes at 180 C. Serve warm, but not hot awash with syrup and decorated rosette of whipped cream.
