Bread - Corona

Ingredients
150 ml milk or water
20 g fresh yeast or 7 g of dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
50 ml sunflower oil
100 ml water
1 tsp salt
35-40 g softened butter or vegan margarine
1 yolk
500 g flour

Method
In the warm milk dissolve yeast, add sugar and mix. Silicone spatula, but can with a spoon, mixer, hand. NOT rises. A small flour and mix again. Stirring after each addition of flour until smooth mixture. Add water (hot) with pre-dissolved in the salt, the oil, as it allowed small (about 1 tbsp) and if you do not use it for something else - the egg white from the egg. Mix. Gradually, 2-3 times, add the remaining flour and after each added amount mix. As already become difficult to stir, pour the dough on a floured board and knead for about 10 minutes. Knead dough is shaped into a ball, place in a bowl, pour in the remaining sunflower oil, slightly knead lightly inside the bowl again shaped into a ball, cover with a cloth (foil) and leave in a warm place to rise (double in volume). The risen dough is transferred onto a floured board and gently knead lightly. Cut a 1/3 of the dough. Roll is a rectangle with a width of 15-20 cm, and with a brush is coated with butter. The long side rolled up. Oblique cut at one end. Then cut into 5 equal pieces trapezoid. The two cut ends are put aside. Tray with diameter of 24 cm (double quantity of products - with a diameter of 30 cm) is smeared with butter or place baking paper. The two cut end gently knead, roll form on which a rolling pin roll of tape. With a sharp knife or blade for pizza (easier) is cut along the two long edges to form a rectangle. On one side make 12 slot (fringe) to the middle of the band (not cut to end). Rolled and receive flower (top of the crown). Place it in the center of the tray. Around the rank 5 cut trapezoidal pieces, lining up with the wide part to flower and gently underneath the fringe. Of the remaining dough takes a little less than half. Roll is a rectangle, its surface is wound on a roll and is cut for 5 trapezoidal pieces, with the first, except that they are slightly smaller than the first 5. Arrange between them in the same way - with the wide part to the middle. The last part of the dough again rolled out a rectangle (longer is the first two), smeared with butter, rolled on the roll, which obliquely cut of 2 halves. Of each half again trapezoidal shape pieces - a total of 10 ranks among other pieces. All other clippings knead the dough, formed into a roll, which is rolled into a rectangle. And when it is cut by the two long edges to form a straight piece. It is divided into half and each half was cut into 5 strips. A total of 10 bands. Each strip is rolled circle. They enter the spaces around the last trapezoidal pieces in the tray. Leave in a warm place to rise. remaining butter mixed with egg yolk and this mixture is smeared the pita. Optional can be sprinkled with seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 180C. baked pita leave to cool on a wire rack. While still hot, it can be brushed with butter, for more shine. * The pita can be made vegan, as the butter is replaced with vegan margarine and milk - with water.

Navy, so I shared the recipe, because the design is interesting. Incremental images are not very good, but still give an idea on how to make. Not as difficult explanations are more! :)
