Breaded feta cheese Mozzarella

Ingredients
400 g feta cheese Mozzarella
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp finely ground walnuts
2 tbsp finely ground hazelnuts
flour
salt, pepper
dry basil
olive or sunflower oil for frying

Method
The feta cheese cut into slices 1 cm thick and left on paper towels to drain well. Seasoned with salt, pepper and basil. Eggs are broken. Breadcrumbs mixed with the walnuts and hazelnuts. Mozart add some flour, dip in egg, drain and add some breadcrumbs in by gently pressed. Fry in well heated oil and served.
