Brussels sprouts in Italian

Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
30 g margarine
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
2 tbsp (20 g) cream
pepper
pinch nutmeg
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
40 g cheese
salt
Method
Clear and washed Brussels sprouts are boiled in lightly salted water but so as not to soften completely. Of margarine and flour make a light roux, which is diluted with milk and cream. Bechamel sauce slightly thickens. Season with pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice. Mix with grated cheese and pour over sprouts.
