Brussels sprouts - quiche

Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
1 sheet butertesto
3 eggs
300 ml cream
1 bunch green onions, green part
200 g strong feta cheese, such as Gouda nettles, grated
200 g ham , dried or cooked
salt
pepper
nutmeg optional

Method
Cabbage is boiled for 15 minutes, flush with cold water, drain and cool. Form a flexible edge is lined with dough nabuchva with a fork. Green onions cut into thin ribbons. Beat the eggs with the cream, add the onion and Gouda, seasoned. At the bottom of the mold is distributed cabbage and ham, cut into in small pieces. Pour in the egg mixture. After filling the form, the dough is trimmed so that it does not project and burns. Bake 30-40 minutes at 170 C. Eventually at the end of baking is screwed with foil (if very dark).
