Buhtichki with zucchini

1 zucchini
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp salt
1 onion
1 clove garlic
sunflower oil for frying
Buhtichki with zucchini

Zucchini peel and grind in a meat grinder (or blender), along with onions and garlic. Added to the mixture well beaten eggs, salt, chopped parsley and dill, and gradually pour the flour. The mixture is stirred well, grebva is 1 tbsp of it and fry in heated sunflower oil.

I just tried them these buhtichki. Were good, but very salty. Do not put one in. L. Salt, but if I put ... not going to eat. It would be better to fix this in the recipe.
