Buns with olive oil

# For the dough with yeast:
1 cup flour
20 g fresh yeast
# For basic dough:
500 g flour
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt

For the dough with yeast, sift the flour into a bowl and crushing yeast. Gradually pour 1/2 cup water and stir with a fork until a thick porridge. Leaving her covered with a towel for about 15 minutes until they were swollen. In a separate bowl sift flour basic dough. In separate bowl pour 1/2 cup lukewarm water, add salt, pour the olive oil and mix. To sifted flour spiked risen disc of dough with yeast and mix until homogenous. Mix with a wooden spoon, pour water and olive oil. Put the dough in a bowl and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Shape the dough into balls the size of a meatball and Roll hands. Do a few slices with a knife and arrange them on a greased baking tray. leaving them for 15 minutes, and then bake them for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200C, until golden brown.

Yes, this is a cookie cutter for baking. Mine is silicone and roses.
