Cabbage salad with oranges and peanut mayonnaise

Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
5 oranges
3 tbsp pickled capers
100 g peanuts
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (100 ml) orange juice
Method
Cabbage cleaned, washed and cut into thin strips. Put it in a deep bowl and add the cleaned, cut into small pieces oranges and capers. Crushed peanuts are crushed in a wooden mortar, gradually add olive oil. The resulting smooth kashitsa diluted with orange juice and mix well. Pour salad with peanut mayonnaise and mix. Optional can be referred. Is formed in a heap in a serving plate and garnish with orange slices.
