Cake with cinnamon and chocolate

Ingredients
# For the base:
3 cups flour
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
10 g cinnamon
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
500 g yogurt
1 cup sunflower oil
# For the syrup:
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
# For glaze:
200 g cooking chocolate
100 ml milk
50 g butter or margarine

Method
Flour, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and baking soda mixed dry. In a separate bowl mix the yogurt and the oil and then add to the dry mixture. There is no need stirring with a mixer, just vigorous stirring with a spoon until smooth mixture. The dough is placed in a large pan greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour (I use a square 40x40 cm). The base bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Try with a toothpick if it is ready. Baked base to cool. A syrup is prepared as the sugar is caramelized until golden and put the water to boil 3-4 minutes. Remove the cake moist with hot syrup. Allow to cool nice. The glaze is prepared by a water bath heated crushed chocolate milk and the butter until homogenized. The glaze was allowed to thicken slightly and then poured on the base. Spread evenly. I sprinkle the top and striped coconut.
