Ingredients
200 g blue cheese
125 g cream cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1 pear
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
white pepper
2 tbsp celery leaves
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp sesame
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions

Method
Blue cheese is crushed with a fork with cream-the feta cheese and sour cream. Peel the pears and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice. The feta cheese is mixed with pear, seasoned with white pepper and shape into balls, some of which are rolled in chopped celery and parsley, green onions or lightly toasted sesame. Chill well before serving. These products go about 20 candies.
