Cardinal soup

Ingredients
1 l strong beef broth
700 g tomatoes
1/2 lemon
3/4 cup (150 ml) white wine
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) potato flour
100 g Wine Sauce Madeira
100 g sour cream
1 dafnnov sheet
thyme
pepper
sugar
salt
Method
Washed and cut into pieces of tomatoes are cooked until soft in beef broth. After a while, add the spices, juice of half a lemon, slice thinly cut lemon peel, white wine and continue to boil. Add salt, pepper and sugar. The soup is pressed, thicken with potato flour mixed into the sauce Madeira and boil a little more. The soup is served in bowls and garnish with whipped cream.
